Customer Quality ManagerJob Description
In your new role you will:
  • Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response.
  • Manage the critical issues that customer focuses
  • Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC
  • Support the quality improvement activity with customers
  • Manage customer quality satisfaction
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor degree or above in electronic, microelectronics, or related engineering
  • 10+ years' working experience in semiconductor or related industry, and 5+ years' experience customer quality role handling big account.
  • Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test)
  • It is required to have good problem solving skills and good inter personal skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.
  • Good spoken / written English is a must.
  • Quality audit experience is preferred.
  • Know-how on the Si-Mic product is preferred.
