  • Senior Leadership capabilities overseeing operations of the hotel
  • Strong focus on people development
  • Proven track record and preferably from F&B background
*Previous work experience in a large scale, multi outlet operation
  • Business savviness and owner relationship management
  • Strong focus on service, guest experience and eye for detail
