- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the Chinese market and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, strategic partners, and industry associations to expand our network and generate leads.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market insights, and business development progress to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact our business in China.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial / Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
- Must have deep understanding of the Chinese market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully establishing and managing business relationships in China.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
