1.负责Smart Device产品整体硬件可靠度测试方案设计，制订符合联想商用产品的测试标准
2.保持领先，对新技术新标准高度敏感，熟练运用可靠度设计与验证方法和模型，有效分析用户数据，并推动可靠度验证方案与标准的持续改进
3.参与研发早期可靠度设计审查，识别设计风险，并提供改善意见，保障产品的可靠度设计质量
4.参与并跟踪产品测试过程，推动问题根因分析，确保测试结果准确可靠
5.负责全周期管理开发及售后过程中与可靠度相关的工作内容，包含测试计划制订、测试执行、报告审查、缺陷闭环管理，问题解决及售后问题处理和改善应对等
6.管理供应商，包括能力审核、资质审核以及培训提供，提升其测试设计、测试执行、质量管控及产品交付能力等能力要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，可靠性系统工程、材料、电子、机械、计算机相关专业
2.有5年以上PC、服务器、或音视频产品设计或开发阶段可靠度验证经验
3.熟练掌握可靠性测试设备的使用和维护，如环境试验箱、振动台等
4.能够独立设计验证方案、质量标准、开发测试治具为必备条件；熟知行业标准及其标准制定的原因为必备条件；能够制定或参与制定行业标准的优先考虑
5.具备较强的逻辑思维，优秀的表达沟通及系统性解决问题的能力
6.具备自驱力及创新力，以公司利益为己任，积极主动，能在高压下保持良好心态及责任感
7.熟练的英语读写及口语沟通能力
8.具备以下经验者优先：
?熟悉会议产品、音视频产品，具有行业硬件设计及可靠度验证经验
?具有数据建模及分析能力，能熟练使用Minitab, Arrhenius model, Weibull/ALT等工具
?具有失效分析经验和行业背景Job Description:
1.Responsible for designing overall hardware reliability testing strategy for Smart Device products, and establishing testing standards that align with Lenovo's commercial products
2. Staying ahead and being sensitive to new technologies and industry standards, proficient in reliability design and verification methods, while continuously tailoring testing criteria
3. Conducting design reviews with R&D, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements for robust quality
4.Participate in and track the product test, drive root cause analysis of defects, ensure test results accuracy
5.Responsible for the full-cycle management of reliability tasks, including test plan build, test execution, report review, defect management, after-sales issue handling and improvement response
6.Suppliers management, capabilities evaluation, training provided to enhance their test quality and product deliverySkill Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in reliability engineering, materials science, electronics, mechanical engineering, computer science or related fields.
2.5+ years of experience in reliability during the development phase of PC/Server/Audio/Video products.
3.Proficient in the use and maintenance of reliability testing equipment, such as chamber and vibration generator
4.Ability to independently design validation methods, quality standards and test fixtures is essential. Familiar with industry standards and the reasons behind is crucial. Prior experience in developing industry standards is preferred
5.Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6.Self-motivated and innovative, actively engage in work, and demonstrate resilience and unwavering responsibility even in challenging situations
7.Proficient skills in reading, writing, and oral communication in English
8.The following experience is preferred:
(1)Familiarity with Conference/Audio/Video products, as well as industry experience in reliability design and validation
(2)Proficient in data modeling and analysis, skilled in using Minitab, Arrhenius model, Weibull/ALT tools,etc.
