As a Spa Supervisor, he/she needs to cover spa daily operation and handle guest complaint, and support spa manager to manage line colleague and ensure smooth spa operation. Train spa receptionist and therapist. Keep daily communication with all Spa employees regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other necessary tools. He/she will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa colleagues according to the requirements of the Spa and HR。

主要工作职责
1. Daily communication to all Spa Colleagues regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary.

2. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa Colleagues according to the requirements of the Spa and HR

3. Updating the Spa Colleagues Training Manual, procedures and new hire testing on a quarterly basis to reflect updates in procedures and tasks.

4. Continual re-training of Spa Colleagues in areas that become apparent by creating action plans to correct mistakes.

5. Monitoring Spa Colleagues performance and assisting with information gathering for performance reviews.

6. Implementing new procedures for Spa Colleagues in order to improve productivity and service delivery.

7. Assisting in recording Spa Colleagues infractions (tardiness, absence, insubordination, job performance issues etc.) and passing that information to Spa Management for corrective action with employees.

8. Implementing up-sell incentives for Spa Colleagues to increase Spa revenues

9. Proactively working with the Lead Therapist and Lead Aesthetician to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands, smooth running of the operation and maintain an open line of communication between the therapist team and the Receptionist.

10. Proactively monitoring the reservations, and educating Colleagues.

· Having at least two years working experience in Luxury hotel SPA
