We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a Private School based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.About the schoolPrivate school based in Beijing. It is among the first schools in China authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). Offering boarding and day school facilities, it caters to students in primary, middle, and high school levels, encompassing both local and international students. With a diverse community of over 500 staff from various countries and regions, the institution presently houses 75 classes and over 2000 students.Job detailsTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning-journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

More than 2 years' full-time in class teaching experience
A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
Bachelor degree and above in related field of study, with a teaching credential
outstanding communication skills

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary of 25,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
