The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIESSales responsibility for the assigned sales area and/or key customersSales-oriented support and acquisition of new customersShare of wallet increase with existing accountsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in strategic customer accountsCollaborate with the Business Units to close agreements with large customersTechnical and commercial development of highly customized solutions and offersPreparation of offers, ensuring further offer tracking and closingMonitoring of the market in relation to competitors as well as technical and commercial trendsPlanning and implementation of product presentations and local trade fairs with support from the HQParticipation in regular sales meetings and assistance in determining the short and medium-term sales planningComplaint recording, forwarding to customer service and ensuring customer oriented processingKEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the vacuum industry ,Solar or in related areas such as mechanical engineering, components or similar of the high-tech industryDistinct customer and market orientationHigh technical training in mechanical engineering or physicsTravel activity approx. 50-60%Good handling of MS Office products and ERP systemsGood English Language skills in speaking and writing are necessaryCOMPETENCIES- What competencies bring success to this position?High self-motivation, solution-oriented thinking, goal-oriented and success oriented actionVery high social competence, empathy and pleasure in working and communicating with customersStructured, process-oriented and independent way of workingYou have any questions about this position?Contact Geoffrey Ge via E-Mail or phone.
