Manage and supervise supplier production activities in China, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Production Planning & Scheduling
Develop and optimize production schedules aligned with project timelines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of formwork systems.Process & Quality Improvement
Identify and implement improvements across manufacturing processes including welding, painting, galvanizing, casting, forging, sheet bending, press shop operations, and laser cutting.Supplier & Workshop Network Expansion
Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors for fabrication and assembly. Ensure high-quality standards and timely execution.Material & Inventory Management
Oversee procurement and inventory of raw materials. Collaborate with the procurement team to avoid delays and ensure proper storage and handling.Cost Control & Budget Management
Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and work with finance and procurement teams to optimize resource utilization.Safety Compliance
Ensure all production activities meet local and international safety regulations.Technical Troubleshooting
Resolve production bottlenecks and collaborate with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges.Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams. Fluent English is required for cross-border coordination.Global exposure, direct HQ reportingLead supplier network expansion in ChinaEducation & Technical Background
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including:
- Welding, painting, galvanizing of metallic parts
- Casting, forging, sheet bending, press shop operations
- Laser cutting (tube & sheet)
- 7-8 years of production management experience in scaffolding, formwork, structural steel, or metal manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in supplier management, subcontractor coordination, and production planning.
- Experience working with CAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills to interact with international teams and suppliers.
- Work Remotely from Homeland.
