
Sales Manager, MCF

- Drive the acquisition and growth of high potential sellers into the MCF program, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises;
- Develop account-specific strategies and drive execution through consultative selling and value-based engagements;
- Analyze sales pipelines and performance metrics, and report results to Sales Leadership;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Ops, and Marketing to ensure a seamless seller experience;
- Act as the voice of the customer to identify feature gaps and process improvements;
- Build and maintain a presence for Amazon's Multi-Channel fulfillment program, through attendance at industry conferences, events, etc.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
