- Define and execute the overall strategy for the Robotics BU, including market positioning, product roadmap input, and growth plans.
- Own P&L management, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Build and manage relationships with key robotics customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure solutions meet market and customer requirements.
- Identify new application opportunities and business models within the robotics market.
- Lead, develop, and retain a cross-functional BU team, fostering accountability and execution discipline.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Solid professional background in the semiconductor industry, with experience working closely with product and technology teams.
- Proven business leadership experience in the robotics market, including sales, marketing, or general management roles.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of robotics applications, customer buying behavior, and go-to-market models.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Senior-level role with significant autonomy and decision-making authority.
