Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description- Manage and prioritize the workflow within the Accounts Payable and T&E team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Accounts Payable and T&E team, mentor team members, providing guidance on complex issues and supporting professional development- Proactively address challenges and seek innovative solutions to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness- Periodically review and amend finance related policy (e.g. T&E) to keep up with changing business environment- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX and relevant accounting regulationsMinimum Qualifications1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance / Accounting with Accounting certificate holder2. 5-10 years of relevant accounting experience, at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role3. Prior experience in accounting system (vendor payment, T&E and etc.) implementation is preferred.4. Prior experience in accounting shared service center is preferred5. Experience with SAP is a MUST6. Good knowledge of accounting principles and processes7. Proficiency in Chinese and English8. Detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers, strong critical and logical thinking skills with problem-solving skills9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint10.
