- Execution of Department Objectives of Group Innovation Office: Translate the department objectives into actionable plans, driving alignment with business goals, and mobilizing resources including Innovation Partnership, Solution COE, and Innovation Lab.
- Program Leadership: Track complex, cross-functional projects with heightened autonomy.
- Stakeholder Influence: Build partnerships with internal/external stakeholders to accelerate value delivery.
- Co-develop innovation roadmaps with the leaders at Group Innovation Office, ensuring alignment with the department objectives of Group Innovation Office.
- Support partnership negotiations with technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective and innovative solutions.
- Track end-to-end delivery of regional innovation initiatives, including China and non-China markets.
- Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Develop reporting and presentation materials to senior leaders on project progress updates
- Act as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, advocating for technology-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Manage project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide program management, particularly in technology or innovation projects.
- Strong understanding of the technological innovation and adoption, particularly in the country with rapid development (e.g. China, Singapore etc).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders
