Then read on.About the RoleProvide high-quality investment service support to the investment front office, including but not limited to daily settlement and recon, accounts opening and maintenance, regulatory reporting, etc.Roles and Responsibilities:

Investment accounts opening and maintenance.
Prepare settlement instructions and handle trade/cash settlements.
Daily trading settlement and recon with custodians or other third party.
Proactively speaks up and shares ideas openly to contribute to increase the operation clearing and settlement efficiency.
Work with IT to continuously improve investment settlement related systems.
Actively participate in investment projects.
Help portfolio managers to do daily cash management.
Regularly update relevant systems in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Other investment operations tasks assigned by team leader.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong business sense and understanding of financial industry and investment activities.
Strong capabilities and working knowledge in reconciliation or data management operation.
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to multi-task.
4+ years of working experience in investment operations.
