Job Description:Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in conducting legal research and analyzing related laws and cases using multiple research sources; to provide updates and reports in Chinese and/or English
Assisting in the review of legal documents, instruments or other material
Aiding with written translations of internal and external materials between Chinese and English
Assisting administrative tasks such as internal purchase procedure, meeting minutes taking, arranging express delivery, and other duties
Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications and characteristics:

Students currently enrolled in master's degree programs in Law or related fields; students currently enrolled in LLB program may be considered in exceptional cases
Passing PRC legal qualification exam is highly preferred
exceptional written and oral command of the English language
Strong, demonstrated research and analytical experience; interest in auto industry is preferred
Candidates who are dependable, flexible, able to take initiatives
Three days a week in the office at minimum. A six months commitment is preferred
