Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.上海静安香格里拉坐落于静安区中央商务区的中心地带,是静安嘉里中心的聚焦点。酒店共有508间客房,6家特色中、西、日餐厅。酒店紧邻四个街区,楼宇底层连接地铁2号线或7号线,其优越的市区中心位置提供了广泛便利的交通覆盖。We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Corporate to join our Sales & Marketing team.As a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager - Corporate, we rely on you to:
  • Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
  • Handle sales activities with local and international partners
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels
  • Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
  • Takes responsibility for the team's sales performance
  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Maintain sales and service standards of the team
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
  • Is a strong team player
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
  • Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
  • Understands the global markets and local environment
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Has relevant experience in a similar capacity previously
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers
