This role is designed who has more than 2 years working experience on manufacturing warehouse management. The warehouse keeper will responsible for site material receiving, kitting, finish goods shipping and daily stock management.The Ideal Candidate:Ensure all physical parts’ transactions 100% align with system;Weekly cycle count to ensure 100% stock accuracy.Complete material receiving follow the WI, raise DR when facing incoming quality or documents issue, also inform quality and sourcing team in time.Kitting and issue the part to production line in time as request.Complete the work order in time in Oracle system, follow SOP to pack and ship the parts to customers on time based on fulfillment planner’s shipping instruction.Manage safety stock of warehouse related IDM, raise PR on time to ensure meet the customer needs.Earlier highlight the expired date to related team on shelf-life parts.Well manage warehouse area, keep 6S in health condition.Manage and archive all warehouse related documents to meet quality system requirements.Raise concern/ suggestion on warehouse continue improvement;Comply with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.Other task assigned by leader.Required Qualifications:Technical secondary school or vocational school education and above, graduated in a relevant major.Get the Forklift certification, physically healthy to meet forklift driving requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).Basic understanding of English ERP system.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Preferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse keeper working experience in a manufacturing environment.Familiar with English Oracle system.At GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
