- Provide comprehensive HR support, consultation and business cooperation in line with HR strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Partner with other HR COE functions to develop programs to meet business objectives.
- Work together with department leaders to develop recruitment plans based on headcount and budget, participate in the recruitment process, and identify the best-matched talents.
- Manage and involve in talent review, performance management process for related departments, analyze and implement employee development program based on talent management result.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of specialized talent development programs.
- Deliver HR operations aligning with standard process, company culture, vision and mission.
- Coordinate, facilitate and support the company's Human Resources policies, procedures.
- Coordinate Employee Relations, involve in investigation on dispute and arbitration and support timely resolving; facilitate employee and manager communications and problem solving.
- Other assignments from manager/team need.

- At least 10+ year HR professional experience, in multinational company is a plus; with HRBP experiences will be strongly preferred.
- Good command of English both in oral and written.
