Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently.班操作员和工程师密切合作，负责工厂的日常操作，包括工艺调整、管道输送系统、产品质量控制、槽车装载、现场/设备例行检查等，确保工厂安全高效地运行。2. Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.值班人员进行设备启动/紧急停机/应急响应、故障排除等。3. Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.助维修工程师实施预防性维修。4. Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors.协助工厂主管管理承包商和访客的现场安全5. Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports.召开安全会议，进行安全审核（包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、5M、安全行动培训等），撰写安全报告。
6. Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc.为安全许可证签发人签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维护安全/施工安全等。7. Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team, commercial team etc.客户保持良好沟通，密切配合。与运输、、客户、当地运营团队、GSSM团队、OTS团队、商务团队等紧密合作。8. Lead the new operator training /update the plant operating procedures etc. /更新工厂操作程序等。9. Keep &Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility.并定期检查控制室和其他工作区域的清洁。10. This position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down independently.独立完成装置的启动或关闭11. Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.具备一定的维修能力，能独立完成部分预防性维修任务、故障检修、故障排除及相关设备检查，配合工程师完成大修。12. Lead the plant productivity actions, SWIM development and minor project commissioning activities.工厂生产力行动，操作程序开发、更新和小型项目调试活动。13. Be responsible for document management, update and control.负责现场文件系统的管理及维护。14. Acting as the plant management representative during the absence of plant management people.厂管理人员不在时担任工厂管理者代表。15. To exercise the power of shift leader and fulfill the duty of shift leader issued by company, in terms of safety management.班长的权力，履行公司下达的班长职责。16. Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.从公司工作安排，完成工厂经理交办的其他工作。JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Degree in Chemical engineering and other related majors.
化学工程及其他相关专业学位。2. At least 5 years working experience with a manufacturing company.
至少5年从事生产工作的经验3. ASU experience /good safety knowledge /English ability would be preferable.
空分经验/良好的安全知识/英语能力优先。

5. Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
