Work Flexibility: Field-basedPosition summary:This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.Maintain a close network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealersNegotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategyLiaise with spot dealers to maximize success ratePrepare regular sales performance analysis, forecast, and identify critical issues.Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basisEducation & Experience:Bachelor holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related areaAt least 4 years’ sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industryProven record in channel management and key account managementPhysical & Mental Requirements:Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skillsResults-oriented with good negotiation & communication skillsStrong business senseDemonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.Travel Percentage: None
