  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategies that align with brand objectives, brand messages and target audience. Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, high quality output.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling content for social media, website, eDM, other social channels. Ensure all content reflects our warm, authentic, lifestyle oriented– never overly corporate. Turn a simple cup of tea into a relatable, shareable moment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze social media to identify areas for improvement and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand marketing, performance marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals and brand identity.
RequirementsWho We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Experience with lifestyle, F&B, or wellness brands is a plus.
  • Portfolio is a must – please provide links to your Instagram, TikTok, blog, or any work that showcases your writing, visual style, and video editing skills.
  • Skilled in content creation software including Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot).
  • On Camera Presence is highly preferred – comfort with appearing in short videos or live sessions is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Chinese) and English.
  • Experience using generative AI (copy, video or image) is a plus; willingness to learn is expected.
