Support to daily troubleshooting for mass production testing equipment to ensure the achievement of relevant KPIs such as TA, MTTR, MTBF, Testing FPY, etc.

支持生产线量产测试设备日常排故及保养，确保达成相关指标如：Technical Availability , MTTR, MTBF, testing FPYs等. * Participate in new testing equipment design reviews, share the lesson learn with supplier and do the new tester and fixture pre/finial acceptance , and ensure that equipment design meets equipment acceptance criteria . summarize relevant equipment issues, and provide feedback to suppliers for analysis and resolution.参与新测试设备/夹具相关的设计评审，分享过往的问题和经验总结，确保设备制作初期设计符合要求和预验收/终验收符合设备的验收标准. 发现并总结相关设备问题点并反馈供应商分析解决. * Analyze the downtime of testing equipment and summarize difficult issues through lesson learning, create troubleshooting instructions/guidelines, training testing technicians, improve efficiency, and reduce equipment downtime.测试设备停机分析及疑难问题lesson learn总结，维修指导的制作，培训测试技术员并提高维修效率，减少设备停机时间. * Develop and execute equipment maintenance instructions to ensure equipment stability and reduce equipment downtime.设备保养指导书的制作及执行，确保设备稳定性, 减少设备停机时间. * Analyze equipment spare parts, timely purchase, and control relevant spare parts, reduce equipment downtime, and control spare parts costs.设备备件分析，及时采购和管控相关备件，降低设备停机时间，控制备件成本. * Annual calibration of testing equipment, execution and analysis of MSA, test听fixture strain gauge check and other work, and Improve the capability and provide qualified reports.执行测试设备年度校准，测试设备年度MSA分析和改善，测试夹具应力检查等工作，并提供相应的认证报告. * Steering and executing in monitoring of the used test equipment in the running production and implementation of improvement technical availability /FPYs, Improve machine design weakness and cost reduction action (continuous improvement).跟踪产线测试设备的状态和性能, 持续改善设备的技术性能和测试设备的一次通过率并降低运行维护成本. * Lead a technical team to solve complex testing equipment problems, regularly summarize and share/train relevant testing techniques within the team.领导技术小组解决测试设备复杂问题，定期总结并团队内分享/培训相关测试技术. * Provide technical 2nd level support during new project launch and shift technician equipment maintenance给予项目导入与技术员设备维护维修小组提供技术支持. * Involvement in the processing of customer claims and production difficulties in agreement with e. g. quality department, production, laboratory协同质量, 生产, 实验室部门处理客诉以及生产中所遇到的疑难问题. * Other tasks assigned by department manager.部门经理分配的其他任务 * Follow up relevant work processes for the company and departments.遵守公司及部门相关工作流程
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or above, with major in electrical engineering, computer Science, measurement, Automation, or related majors

本科及以上学历，电子、计算机技术、测控测量或自动化相关专业TEXT * 5 + years' experience in new project planning for testing equipment, with test equipment maintenance experience is a plus.5年以上测试设备导入或维护经验 * Familiar with one or multi of testing technology, etc PCBA on board flashing/ ICT/PCBA function/EOL, RF / LF Calibration/ cyber security in Automotive ECU， and experience in ICT programming development /troubleshooting ,SW debug or EOL testing automation is preferred熟悉一种或多种测试技术（on board flashing/ ICT/PCBA function/EOL RF/calibration/Cyber security 应用在 Flashing/EOL）,有ICT 程序开发及程序调试经验或功能测试/自动化经验者优先考虑。 * Proficient in reading and understanding product circuit (analog/digital), equipment wiring, and other drawings, capable of effectively troubleshooting for the complex equipment failures ， do the in housing repairing for the broken measurement boards/instrument/power suppliers .能够熟练阅读并理解产品或设备的电路图（模拟/数字），电气，设备接线等原理图，能够分析电路能解决设备复杂故障，并对设备上损坏部件能分析电路及修复这些测试板卡，仪器，电源等。 * Familiar with one of C# /C++ or CVI programming language, Know the NI /vector measurement products (MIO/DIO/DMM/Vector CANoe) application is plus .熟悉并了解C#，C++,CVI等任意一种编程语言, 有NI 测量板卡应用或熟悉Vector CANoe 工具分析应用经验者佳。 * Have the electrical troubleshooting capability, familiar with Robot troubleshooting or Festo/Siemens servo is a plus.有电气维护和排故的经验，有机器人排故经验或熟悉Festo或siemens伺服电机控制应用者更佳。 * Fluent English communication skills both oral and written.良好的英语口头沟通和读写技能； * Fluent English communication skills both oral and written.良好的英语口头沟通和读写技能；
