Finance Operations Intern

• A student has basic finance and accounting knowledge to support our finance operations.

• Communicate with business units to ensure that all VAT invoices are issued to be aligned with each sales order ;
• Manage and filing VAT invoices strictly according the policy;
• Support tax declaration, including but not limited to VAT, property tax, environment tax, stamp tax etc.,
• Support to complete other tax related tasks, such as statistical reports, deliver supporting documents, handle company chop etc.,
• Other financial related work arranged by the team leader

• On-job training and practical instructions from experienced finance professionals.

• Background and majoring in finance/ accounting/ taxation or related fields;
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
• Good communication and expression skills;
• Strong responsibility, good patience, and proactivity
• Good collaboration in team work and complete tasks independently ;
• Strong learning ability
• Familiarity in Office, SAP ERP experience is a nice plus.
