Overall technical leadership and be responsible for realization of full systems product release/life cycle management to ensure quality and compliance.
Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces determine feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical & design reviews.
Defines, monitors and meets performance and quality metrics.
Philips measurement solution development
Measurement solution application research
Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner.
Third party measurement solution introduce and application research.

You are a part ofA professional R&D team with around 70 team peers in Shenzhen China. You have a direct reporting line to the Hardware Manager, R&D.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor or above of biomedical engineering, with 5 years’ experience and/or comparable longer product development experience.
Experience with patient monitor development.
Experience with patient monitor parameter measurement development or clinical application, such as ECG, NBP, SpO2.
Experience of product complaint handling, for example, visiting the hospital to communicate with the doctor or nurse to deal with the complaints.
Experience in medical device design and strong medical IEC standard preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Good communication skills, self-learning ability
Continual improvement focused, self-directed and creative.
Strong ability of writing the report of issue analysis and presenting the report in team with English.
