1/ Invoicing Coordination Tasks Service Invoicing is responsible for the day to day closing of service orders by issuing an invoice. In close collaboration with the service admin to keep the value of WIP (Work in Progress) to a minimum. Working together with your team on WIP reduction Attending team meetings Provide cover during staff shortages (both Service Coordinator and Invoicing Coordinator).2/ Admin Tasks Maintain IFS Service database Provide KPI data Preparation of pro-forma invoices where Payment in Advance is required. Maintaining the China/HongKong WIP spreadsheet. Any other relevant task to the jobSkills & experience

Good team awareness and ability to establish good communication with team members

Strong adaptability and careful work

Ability to stay calm under fast pace and pressure

Have good computer skills • Ability to handle different tasks simultaneously

Fluent written and spoken English

Candidates with experience in operating maritime and KPI systems are preferred
