At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives for the company.-Marketing Content ProductionImplement content development plan by working with cross function and internal teams.Communicate with global marketing team, leverage global content resources.Create content by working with AE, PE & Sales team.Promotion channels (website, search engine, media channels, etc.) regular operate, define content management key index and monitor content performance.-Marketing Campaign executionSet up on-line marketing campaign plan according to internal & external customer needs, define goals, identify solutions.Implement marketing campaign and deliver measurable campaign result (KPI & ROI)-Continuously improve the innovation of on-line marketing contents & events.- Actively build and maintain a media database in support of upcoming PR initiatives and engage in media outreach with relevant content.-Launch campaigns in support of lead generation for sales-Support company efforts to improve brand consistency and awarenessSkill set requiredHands-on experience with the operation of website, SEO, SEM.Familiar with graphic design/video software: Photoshop, Adobe creative suite. etc. is a plus.Familiar with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platform.We’re doing work that matters.
