- Develop new applications and marketing tools
- Develop and maximize relationship with key customers to help product sales
- Contact with global technical team to ensure product and application information is synchronized and develop local market
- To support sales team & dealer, including product training, selling tools etc.
- To carry through market education & publicizing, including product presentation, expert team constructing etc.
- To participate in the product register, new product launch
- To collect & update marketing information, including competitors, market trend, consumer expectation etc.
- Product introduction on marketing activities such as seminar and workshops
- Customer application advanced training and troubleshooting
- Manage your products by applications and with high communication skills
- External contacts for this position include laboratory, university, research institute dealers.
- Internal contacts include all marketing department staff members as well as other pre-sale and post-sale department staff in other offices of the company to gain information or to resolve problems.
- Master degree or above of synthetic biology, cytology, fermentation engineering bioengineering, biochemistry, microbiology or biologics education background is preferred.
- Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
- Five years’ related working experience.
- Being experienced in microbial/cell bioprocess development or screen is preferred.
- Good attitude, well habit of work, positive & take responsibility
