- Collecting and analyzing data, preparing presentations or proposals, and contributing to project planning and delivery.
- Drafting ESG-related reports, such as ESG disclosure reports, executive reports, and assisting with Hong Kong IPO ESG listing requirements.
- Supporting ESG upgrade projects and delivering consulting outcomes.
- Executing carbon and ESG consulting projects, including corporate information collection, field visits, executive interviews, and greenhouse gas emissions accounting.
- Assisting domestic and overseas clients with carbon market construction, green asset development, and project implementation.
- Contributing to the development of industry standards, including flagship reports like ClimateTech In Focus (UN, APEC, SHCW).
- Preparing industry research, thought leadership pieces, and project-related documents.
- Managing social media operations, including article drafting.
- Supporting senior consultants and project managers with assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainability, climate, or international relations.
- Over 1-3 years of relevant experience in ESG consulting, climate change, low-carbon fields, or international organizations.
- Strong interest and knowledge in sustainability/ESG/climate/low-carbon, with familiarity in ESG reporting, carbon markets, and related policies.
- Familiarity with carbon standards such as Verra, GS is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; experience in multinational companies or using English as a working language is preferred.
- Participation in exams such as GMAT, GRE with good scores. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented, with strong learning ability and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
