主要工作职责
1. Sales Management销售管理:
- Implement all sales action plans relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined
在所负责的职责区域进行销售活动。
- Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOSM to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.
在销售总监的批准下,在主要销售区域计划销售拜访活动,在其他区域对潜在客户也进行相应的销售拜访。
- Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fam/site inspection tour.
提供相应的市场变换信息,包括竞争趋势等,安排公司客户和旅行社到酒店做现场考察。
2. Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.
销售目标:实现销售目标,根据具体的销售行动计划实现销售量的最大化。
3. Sales Coverage: Corporate Segment, Travel Agent
- Cover market segments as directed and assigned by DOSM
销售范围:企业市场,旅行社
- 包含由销售总监直接指派的市场
4. Sales Promotion 促销
- Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts
及时把促销信息发送给客户
5. Travel Agents/Airlines 旅行社、航空公司
- Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, FAM trips
确保与销售活动,促销活动与参观团活动保持良好的合作关系
6. Reports & Returns 报告与回馈
- Provide Feedback to DOSM on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result in general market idea
针对不断变化的市场环境像销售总监提供反馈信息,包括竞争趋势对主要市场的影响
7. Customer Relation: Maintain good contact with existing customers.
客户关系: 与现有客户保持良好的关系。
8. Training: 培训
- Attend all training sessions and courses, briefing a meetings as require.
参加相关培训,根据要求组织会议
- Put into practice all training received relating to job knowledge and skills and the hotel's culture
