- Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.
- Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts.
- Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.
- Responsible for the product designing and development in cooperation with the R&D Headquarter in Italy;
- Make RD sustainable and good connection with global RD organization;
- Provide overall leadership to the development of the automotive test system business in China;
- Balance both short term sales objectives with longer term strategic objectives;
- Build strong relationships with China automotive customers as well as internal relationships;
- Cooperate with PM to develop products, mix, formulate for Chinese market;
- Lead people and motivate people, problem solving internally and at customers’ location, know very well the applications, and able to understand customer’s needs and build intimacy;
- Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities,carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
- Master degree in chemistry;
- Good communication skills;
- Patient, responsible, hardworking and diligent;
- Able to build strong and deep customer relationships ;

- Leadership for the local team on specific customer opportunities;
- Auto industry and/or test experience is a plus, but not a requirement;
