- 负责B/C厂房的日常生产，及保质保量供货。
- 按照排产计划按时完成订单交付，满足客户需要。
- 及时解决生产相关问题，确保生产正常运行。
- 发现并确定操作及生产工艺设备方面的可改进部分，保证质量，提高效率。
- 管理操作人员，保证按照操作手册， SOP， WI 的要求操作，及时纠正员工的不符合操作规程的行为。确保操作规程的实时更新。
- 确保环保设施的正常运行，达标排放，并做好记录。
- 确保员工了解自己的岗位职责，做好培训计划及员工的发展计划。
- 安排倒班，培养班长和操作工，并合理安排休假时间。
- 精益生产与持续改进
- 追求精益生产，杜绝浪费，控制合理的消耗，完成工艺改进。
- 定期与管理层及本部门工作人员回顾EVP，合理控制消耗，实现持续改进。
- 推行并实施5S计划，做到全员参与。
- 支持CO2减排目标的项目实施及推进
- 安全合规
- 降低由于化学品导致的环境污染，合理减少各种废弃物，并对国体废弃物按类分别存放。
- 负责风险管理包括工艺安全风险，作业现场职业危害分析及整改跟踪及员工的风险及技能培训。
- 确保生产运行记录涉及到的各种工作票完整，定期归档并按照规定保管期限保存。
- 处理生产相关的投诉，调查和处理，并执行改进措施.
- 化学工程专业 本科及以上学历
- 5 年的生产管理经验
- 了解生产技术工艺及精益生产
- 领导力和良好的沟通能力
- 熟悉掌握英文及各类办公软件
