Responsible for the efficient operation of all food and beverage sanitation by ensuring that the Food and Beverage Department's sanitation policies and company policies are followed while maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction. Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel.
