Fantastic career platform, huge growth potentialKey finance position to join in a well-established teamReport to Tax manager, you will be fully responsible for:
  • Prepare tax filings working paper including VAT, CIT, Stamp Duty and WHT etc.,
  • Process submission and the following payment.
  • Collect information and documents to support workpapers preparation for Annal CIT filing prepared by external advisors.
  • Prepare documents and handle filing submission for refunding export Tax.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the tax returns.
  • Prepare tax forecast and relevant documents to tax office. Response tax query from tax office.
  • Handle tax accounting including monthly/quarterly tax account reconciliation, S2T and RTA etc.
  • Prepare/support annual CIT return filings and S2T/RTA.
  • Assist tax operational matters, design SOPs and identify compliance issues.
  • Handle tax audit and other ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain good relationship with tax bureau, presentation to tax officer and travel as needed.
  • Support annual financial audit.
  • Work closely with staff and managers of both the Tax and other key departments within the Company.
  • Handle all wing-to-wing tax reporting and tax accounting processes including forecasting, tax provision, compliance, and settlement.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals, targets, and deadlines. Other tax tasks assigned.

  • 5 years of work experience of China tax and tax accounting in large multinational/Big 4 or Shared Service Centre.
  • Proficient in and/or working knowledge of Excel and Access, interest in process improvements, and tax research platforms.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a capacity to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong team spirit.
Preferred Characteristics
  • Big four or MNC experience.
  • Good communication and working knowledge in a multinational environment.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to technically discuss with local tax officer/regional business controllers, country head where necessary.
