- Implement the company's strategic goals within the Technical Department, translating objectives into actionable plans.The experience we're looking for- Strong background and experience in manufacturing technology, preferably within pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standards and regulations.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations, with the ability to influence effectively.
- Solid understanding of material properties and their impact on processing technology.
