We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business AnalystBusiness: IWPB TechnologyPrincipal responsibilities

Lead the analysis of complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, shape project scope, and develop strategic roadmaps
Translate business vision into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with goals and user expectation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business objectives, with a focus on scalability and long-term value
Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Act as a subject matter expert within the organization, sharing knowledge and driving best practices in business analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple lines of business
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in a senior role within the financial services industry
Proven record of leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects in a global organization
Experience of driving multi-projects and handle different style of stakeholders in parallel and manage user expectation in a professional manner
Experience working in multinational environments and collaborating across regions and time zones
Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools such as Confluence, JIRA etc
Good to have some basic coding skill in data analysis and (e.g. SQL, python), with the ability to derive insights from complex use case
Familiarity with enterprise systems and experience working on system integrations, migrations, and implementations

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) advantageous
Experience in Data Analytics and emerging technologies like AI is preferred
Knowledge of client-facing portals/UX will be an advantage
