- Define and align the project goals properly with all stakeholders. Directly responsible for the overall project success, i.e. goal achievement of product quality / performance, financials and schedule.
- Proactively assess project risk by regularly evaluating program weaknesses and opportunities; define and implements alternative plans with team to keep project on track.
- Communicated project status (including risks, schedule, cost) via monthly global project review meeting & other update meetings. Works with management to solve obstacles, recommend solutions and drive for fast decision.
- Mentor and facilitate project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for the assigned tasks. Provide the input for performance assessment.
- Continuously identify the gap for improving current process and propose necessary measures.职位要求- New product development / project management experience of 5 yrs+. Bosch Power Tools project management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer related is preferred.
- Strong communication skills especially in English (including technical) and high level of collaboration with global team and suppliers.
- Broad business and technical aptitude, be able to take management's perspective to define needs and develop goals, with strategic thinking and acting.
- Positive leadership and chase for team excellence
- Proficiency with desktop applications like MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours for communication with global team, and frequent domestic travels to buyout suppliers.
