- Lead team to work with in-service sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.
- Keep fine-tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
- Hire and develop a talent team.
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Contribute to Amazon paid service program roadmap planning and business strategy design.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Hangzhou, 33, CHNBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 6+ years of client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
