- Support team leader to develop national level low-tier city growth strategy, incl. understanding of market and customer needs in low tier cities, lower tier business model development, integration of low tier city execution plan from all channels
- Develop regional customer engagement strategy in low tier cities; design and execute marketing activities in low-tier cities
- Working with ACE & enable Zhifei on field execution excellence.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing,
- Vaccine brand management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
- Advanced level of strategic thinking
- Advanced level of market insights, customer engagement, problem solving ,productive communication and CFT collaboration
- Willing to travel including on weekends
