Support supervisor to execute all E&I related activities. 协助主管执行所有与电仪相关的工作。
Complete maintenance works in the manner of safety, quality, schedule, and cost optimization. 在安全、质量、进度和成本优化的前提下完成维修工作。
Supervise, coordinate, and support in-house contractors to execute maintenance tasks according to national legal requirement and company's regulation. 根据国家法律要求和公司规定，监督、协调和支持内部承包商执行维护任务。
Prepare and report maintenance record in time. 及时做好维护记录并上报。
EHS Management
1. Be responsible for the implementation of EHS policy, procedures and BASF Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution. 负责EHS政策、程序和巴斯夫责任关怀规范的执行，确保维修行动安全合规。
2. Support to update relevant equipment work instructions and/or manuals based on EHS laws, standards of China and BASF company EHS policy and regulations. 依据中国的EHS法规、标准和巴斯夫公司EHS政策、规定，协助更新相关设备的工作指导书和/或手册。
3. Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, EHS guideline, local and international rules and regulations to BASF team staff and contractors. 确保对安全作业程序、工作许可制度、EHS指南、当地和国际法规的培训和遵守。
4. Cooperate with TSS and safety departments, lead or support to identify unsafe conduct and conditions, risk assessment, accident/incident investigation, reporting, etc. always ensure the employees and contractors in the safe work environment with proper PPEs, tools and facilities with safe job method. 与TSS和安全部门合作，领导或帮助识别不安全行为和情况、做风险评估、事故/事件调查、报告等，始终确保员工和承包商在安全的工作环境中用安全的作业方法使用合适的劳动保护用品、工具和设施。
5. Support the EHS review during operation, change implementation and project, collaborate and conduct process safety review, PSSR etc. with stakeholders. 支持运营、变更实施和项目期间的EHS评审，与利益相关者合作进行工艺安全评审、PSSR等。
Maintenance Management
1. Execute and record Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plan, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities including daily inspection and repairs, urgent repairs, TAR, MOC and small / medium projects with own team and external service providers / contractors. 与自己的团队和外部服务供应商/承包商一起执行并记录预防性和预测性维护计划，定期/不定期维修活动，包括日常检查和维修、紧急抢修、大检修、MOC和小型/中型项目。
2. Ensure together with QA/QC team the required quality standards as well as mandatory inspections of E&I installation (rotating/static equipment, pressure vessels, pressure piping, PSV, …) are followed. 与QA/QC团队一起确保要求的质量标准以及电仪安装的强制性检验(动/静设备，压力容器，压力管道，PSV，…)是被遵守的。
3. Ensure together with EHS department that all mechanical work is been executed according to company and mandatory EHS codes and standards (by internal or external resources). 与EHS部门一起确保所有机械工作依据公司和强制性的EHS规范和标准(通过内部或外部资源)执行。
4. Ensure proper documentation of all executed activities. 确保所有执行的活动都有适当的文档记录。
5. Improve professional knowledge based on training matrix and yearly training plan. 基于培训矩阵和年度培训计划提升专业知识。
6. Continuously train and develop in-house contractor skills and competences in terms of technical and safety knowledge to reach required level of competence for mechanical maintenance. 持续培训和发展内部承包商技能和在技术和安全知识方面的胜任力，以达到机械维修所需的能力水平。
7. Take a role as mentor for fresh technician if need. 如有需要，担任新技术员的导师。Maintenance during project phase
1. Responsible for construction / acceptance check to ensure maintainability of new facilities and coordinate any witness requirement for equipment on 'needed' basis. 负责施工/验收检查，以确保新设施的可维护性，并在必要的基础上协调任何对设备见证的要求。
2. Responsible for system commissioning and start up and lead task team to execute the working package safely and effectively, solve problems quickly. 负责系统调试和开车，并带领任务团队安全有效地执行工作包，快速解决问题。
3. Responsible for turnover of spare parts/special tools, transfer and parts preservation program with Project Team and TSS material management. 负责备件/专用工具周转，与项目团队和TSS材料管理部门进行零件转移和保管。
4. Responsible for collection, receive and archive for all construction documents, especial for concealed construction. 负责所有施工文件的收集、接收和归档，特别是隐蔽施工文件。 High School/Vocational Graduation in E&I major.
高中/职业院校电仪专业毕业 3+years maintenance experience of instrument system, automation control, analysis instrument in petrochemical or chemical industry.
在石油化工/化工业3年以上仪表、自动控制、分析仪表维修经验
有高低压电工证、仪表工证的优先 good knowledge instrument system, automation control, analysis instrument, good knowledge of construction / maintenance / QA standards as well as legal requirements.
具备良好的仪表、自动控制、分析仪表知识，了解施工/维护/质量保证标准以及法规要求
Could read and understand original maintenance manual and drawings in English
