- You will hire direct labors in accordance with planning and coach, manage labors as daily job.
- You will prioritize production plan based on shipment deadline and material supply, equipment and workforce, and execute production schedule,
- You will manage production operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures to ensure smooth production operation,
- You will meet production goals for high quality, low-cost, on time delivery, safety and 5S.
- You will work with cross function team to solve production issues and escalate as necessary
- You will experience at Project management, to be able to participate into new product introducing/transferring to support business growth.
- You will initiate continuous improvement programs that lead to improvement in quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and safety.
- You will develop training metrics and training plan, train and coach production employees, conduct employee performance review and develop people
- You will coordinate production activities with other functional groups.
- You will conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations (state/federal laws, ISO9001, ISO14000, etc.) as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team.
- Communicate and share information effectively with others in presentations, reports, meeting.
- Assist and be responsive to the needs of teams and team members as well as other individuals, in the pursuit of business goals.
- Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately policies and procedures in compliance with government law.
- Coach, develop and direct the activities of operators in an evolving team environment
- Influence and lead others in the accomplishment of production projects
- Educational Qualifications / Work Experience
- Typically, 5+ years working experience in an electrical/electronic or mechanical production, manufacturing engineering. Demonstrate knowledge of production principle, cross function understanding and frontline leadership experience. Strong communication and passion for learning. BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
- College of Science in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree.
- Proficiency in English (writing and reading specially)
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be at good command of Microsoft Office software.
- Low voltage & High voltage Panel experience.
