- Champion change and standardization across the organization to drive efficiencies that lead to cultural, structural, process, and talent agility.
- Lead TEOA Star Level improvements aligned with KPIs.
- Lead data analytics team responsible for developing and delivering the data collection and reporting metrics for Engineering KPIs.
- Manage the continuous improvement pipeline and report monthly status of initiatives to leadership.
- Enable the right amount of project visibility and schedule execution with stakeholders and customers to create and deliver winning products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required - Master's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Continuous Improvement, Project Management, or related experience
- Minimum of Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop a team.
- Fluent in English with superior Communication and Influencing Skills.
- Change leader who can build consensus. Must be able to effectively work & build strong relationships with people of diverse cultural and functional backgrounds. Can connect the strategy to needed execution.
- Possesses a strong ability to analyze data, use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions, and persuade others.
- Proficiency in standard reporting/presentation tools and data analysis.
- Innovative thinker who is able to quickly understand processes & interdependencies between functions, drilling down to key areas for improvement.
- Experience with developing and/or deploying AI-based enhancements is a plus.
