Company DescriptionBosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。Job Description-Respect the internal & external laws and regulations遵守内外部法律法规及公司相关规定-Implementation of company and/or corporative quality policy and strategy.贯彻执行集团和/或公司的质量方针战略-Maintain IATF quality system, introduction and implement quality tools and methods, provide necessary support and guidance, and improve the quality awareness of all employees.维护IATF质量体系，推行质量工具和方法，提供支持与指导，并提升全员质量意识。-Ensure the responsible process fulfill the requirements of IATF16949 and corporate directive.确保负责的过程满足IATF16949, BBM Compass以及CDQ等的相关要求-Monitor the status, quality, performance of the process and CIP.对本过程的状态，质量及绩效进行监控和持续改进-Support the core processes/ projects by measurement, testing, analysis and audit, ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as continuous improvement of core processes/ projects.通过测量，测试，分析及审核对核心过程/项目提供支持和输入，确保核心过程/项目的有效运行和持续改进-Actively collaborate and cooperate with other departments, keep objective during conflicts, pursue the consent and facilitate the solution.积极与各部门协作及合作，客观对待冲突并寻求一致意见和解决方案-Customer oriented, continuously improve the satisfaction of internal and/or external customer through technical support and services.以客户为导向，通过技术支持和服务不断提升内外部客户的满意度。-Responsible for preventive quality planning according to project timeline for new project, involve in new project SE work, CKD part release, conduct the MAE release, process release.负责新项目预防性质量策划，参与新项目同步工程，CKD件的质量放行，与工业化团队一起完成设备放行，产生工艺放行等。-Responsible for PPAP documents preparation for new products.负责新产品的PPAP文件准备及提交。-Responsible for safe launch planning, implementation to secure incident-free of new project launch, covering source, make and delivery.负责safe launch 的策划及执行以确保新项目0抱怨投产爬坡。-Responsible for Bosch plant to plant delivery quality mgmt, incl. quality issue handling, claim mgmt. etc.负责博世内部工厂与工厂间供货的质量管理，包括问题解决，抱怨处理等。-Actively drive for quality continously improvement in the value stream, incl. quality mindset improvement, quality CIP, traceability improvement, eliminate quality risk and enhance quality firewall...Drive for systematically problem solving via 8D method.推动价值流质量持续改进，包括质量意识提升，追溯性改进，识别并消除风险，加强防火墙有效性。推动按照8D方法系统性的质量问题解决。-Internal coordinate for customer claim case handling, incl. Containment action, risk evaluation...协调客户质量抱怨在工厂内的问题解决，包括定义围堵措施，风险评估等。-Responsible for internal process audit, product audit, and support system audit and LPA audit, as well as following up open points, to ensure quality control system was implemented effectively.负责实施内部质量过程审核, 产品审核，协助内部体系审核及分层审核，以及整改措施的跟踪验证，保证质量控制体系的有效实施。-Responsible for coordinating external customer audit, as well as following up open points.负责协调客户审核，以及整改措施的跟踪验证。-Support to maintain the company Quality Management System, promoting quality method.支持维护质量管理体系，推广质量方法。-Other tasks assigned by manager.上级交办的其他工作。QualificationsEducation学历-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical related.机械相关专业，本科或以上学历。Skills技能-Good at problem solving, e.g.: 8D or Shainin method.精通质量问题解决方法，如8D或谢宁方法。-Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.熟悉APQP，PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA 等质量工具。-Good understanding of GD&T and measurements.熟悉GD&T相关知识及相关测量方法。-Good at MS software tools, e.g. PPT, Excel, etc.Good at data analysis, digital tools preferred, e.g. Power BI or Dashboard or Python.擅长office 办公软件，良好的数据分析能力，会数字化工具的优先考虑，比如Power BI，Python等。-Good English both in oral and written.良好的英语或德语书面和口语沟通能力。-Good at communication and cross functional coordination.擅长沟通和跨部门协调。Experience工作经验-Minimum 3 years quality experience in automobile industry.三年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验。Additional InformationOther
