  • Primarily responsible for global exchange channel expansion, including KOLs and community nodes.
  • Leverage platform user acquisition tools to design and execute channel campaigns, driving user growth and trading conversion.
  • Analyze channel retention and trading performance data to identify high-quality channels and phase out underperforming ones, improving overall channel health.
  • Support platform content distribution through channels and community nodes.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Candidates with experience in similar roles at competitor companies (Web3, trading, or financial/banking/payment industries) are preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin for professional communication.
