- Assist in reviewing monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing in a professional and organized way.
- Keep regular communication as a contact window with tax bureau and local authority.
- Assist in tax benefit solutions, e.g. tax subsidy, R&D super-deductions, etc.
- Assist in managing tax assessments and tax audits by interfacing with local tax authorities, government agencies, as well as internal functions, and external tax advisors.
- Assist in handling cross-border tax matters, including withholding tax (WHT), transfer pricing documentation and intra-group recharges.
- Assist in optimizing tax outsourcing services and streamline the process.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing changes in PRC tax laws and regulations (and relevant international tax updates where applicable) and assessing potential impacts on the business.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, e.g. dividend repatriation, legal entity de-registration, etc.
- At least 4 years tax related working experience, big 4 experiences will be preferred.
- Accounting / Tax related education background with bachelor’s degree.
- Familiar with tax regulations and related laws.
- Strong communication skills, persuading, convincing.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Detailed, responsible and organized in work.
- Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.
- CPA/CTA/ACCA preferred.
- Experienced in using SAP or E1 ERP preferred.
