- Provide structured technical input to G2M strategies for board-level power architectures and support cross-region alignment
- Develop and deliver scalable application-level technical collaterals
- Support design-in / design-win activities with system-level proposals and customer engagement via regional teams
- Understand system architectures for CPUs, GPUs, and accelerators, including power delivery requirements
- Understand customer system, e. g. board-level power partitioning(IBC, POL/VRM) and development process and support regional implementation
- Organize and support global 3rd-level technical support and escalation handling
- Collaborate with divisional and regional teams on solution development and deployment
- Contribute to global system-level training initiatives and technical knowledge sharing
- Consolidate structured feedback from customers and regions on application needs to SMD / Divisons
- Support innovation in board-level power architectures and next-generation power platforms
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor and/or power electronics industry
- Strong understanding of power conversion topologies and system-level architecture design (DC/DC)
- Proven experience in system-level applications, including hardwareand/or software integration
- Strong knowledge in Multi-phase Buck converter and its key components working theory and mechanism
- Experience in IBC development and various topologies for IBC is preferred
- Solid knowledge of magnetics design (transformers, inductors), EMC/EMI considerations, and converter design
- Experience with system-level modelling, simulation, and concept validation methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate system requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment across divisions, regions, and sales
- Self-driven, structured, and able to operate under ambiguity in a fast-evolving environment
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~30ā40%)
