Job DescriptionTypical Accountabilities:
  • Assist in contract preparation. Collect, review and complete the contract required information.
  • Manage budget grid in the contract. Ensure the cost calculation are in line with the study protocol, as well as agreed with site.
  • Monitor the regular contract progress and report if any issue finding.
  • Responsible for contract system maintenance and daily support to internal team.
  • Facilitate the contract related training to study team and issue resolution.
  • Initiate and drive contract internal review and approval process.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Academic / Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, Medical, Biology, Legal, Business or related field.
Technical / Skills Training
  • Have knowledge of the clinical study process and understanding of working procedures, together with an understanding of the ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Can well build collaboration with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Integrity and high ethical standards.
Working Experience
  • At least 3 year industry experience of R&D clinical operation.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft and other software.
  • Demonstrates ability of organization and administration.
