Job DescriptionTypical Accountabilities:

Assist in contract preparation. Collect, review and complete the contract required information.
Manage budget grid in the contract. Ensure the cost calculation are in line with the study protocol, as well as agreed with site.
Monitor the regular contract progress and report if any issue finding.
Responsible for contract system maintenance and daily support to internal team.
Facilitate the contract related training to study team and issue resolution.
Initiate and drive contract internal review and approval process.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Academic / Professional Qualification

Bachelor degree or above in Pharmacy, Medical, Biology, Legal, Business or related field.

Technical / Skills Training

Have knowledge of the clinical study process and understanding of working procedures, together with an understanding of the ICH/GCP guidelines.
Can well build collaboration with internal and external customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Integrity and high ethical standards.

Working Experience

At least 3 year industry experience of R&D clinical operation.
Good computer skills in Microsoft and other software.
Demonstrates ability of organization and administration.
