Relentlessly drives demand creation, design-in activities and product promotions at customer in cooperation with BU & regional sales team to achieve DW goals

Supports AE team to design/develop high performance demo board/ ref. design, help to debug and finetuning customers' designs inside lab.

Collects market feedback on BU's roadmap and give suggestions to Product Line on new product definition

Positions MACOM's full portfolio in applications and defines differentiated value propositions on application level

Helps on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from technical point of view

Builds up and maintain relationships with development crews at customer sites

Education and Skills Requirements:

Requires a B.S. Min / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent preferred.

15+ Years of technical sales experience in RF/Microwave application design, experience in International Semiconductor companies preferred.

Skills: expertise in PA circuits design & trouble shooting, experience in wireless communication, Sat, Radar or Medical industry preferred.

Travel ~ 30%

A good team player

Excellent communicator, proficient in English / native Chinese speaker.
