- Signing new business in its responsible area, achieving the New signing KPI including signing numbers and volume of monthly and yearly;
- Maintain existing business to improve the customer satisfaction, build more better relationship and getting more recommendation from the existing customer people; Keep above 98% customer retention;
- Working closely with other business supporting team including CT, Marketing, and others to improve Air Products LB business development, Strengthen our marketing share and position in each industry Segment;
- Responsible for DSO for all the customer, achieving the DSO monthly KPI, control the customer risk make sure the customer payment is healthy;
- Working with CE, DT and CSR to improve the operation efficiency, reduce our delivery cost and so on.
- Responsible for ME for all the business, achieve ME KPI target by yearly including MTOP, CTS charge, Engineering charge, Equipment selling, additional Service charge…
- Responsible for contract management, execute the contract pricing formula, MTOP, renew contract and including all the requirement of the contract;
- Driving the LB Price strategy of NAP, Achieve the Price increment KPI target,
- Achieve field sales other KPI target.

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
- Experience: 3+ years experience
- Language: Good communication skills & Working English
