  • Bachelor's degree in Business, related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
  • 2 year of experience in an people or mentorship management role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the market.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in China's export market, with B2B/B2C eCommerce familiarity.
  • Experience with sales team operations, KPI management, and coaching on C-level engagement and effective selling techniques.
  • Experience in business insight and data analysis, with good data sense.
  • Ability to identify, attract, develop, and retain diverse talent while fostering an inclusive team culture.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; project management experience.
  • Passion for selling with a drive to innovate. Excellent problem-solving, business acumen, strategic thinking, and near-term execution skills in fast-paced environments.

  • Accelerate growth and ensure highest customer satisfaction. Deliver goals and manage and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers.
  • Assess the needs of our customers and gather feedback to improve upon existing solutions and design and iterate workflows and operational plans for large-scale ideas.
  • Hire, onboard, and grow the team. Build team structure, recognize leadership potential, and support career development through enhancing capabilities within the team.
  • Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategic development. Engage regional and global stakeholders to improve the support model.
  • Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions and create a culture of innovation and advertiser success on the team.
