Un poste sous contrat VIE Analyste des Systèmes Financiers est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus China à Pékin. Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Plateforme Finance & Transformation.Intégrée à la fonction Finance d’Airbus China, l’équipe Plateforme Finance & Transformation est responsable de la maintenance des systèmes financiers, garantit le contrôle interne et supporte la gestion de la performance.Missions et responsabilités :
L’analyste en VIE apportera son support à l’équipe Plateforme Finance & Transformation sur les activités suivantes:Gérer des projets d’intégration et d’automatisation associés systèmes financiers (intégration SAP, automatisation de la facturation fournisseurs, interfaces systèmes, etc.).Assurer le support utilisateur de niveau 1 pour les systèmes locaux (processus O2C / P2P / R2R, système de remboursement, etc.) couvrant les 3 divisions:-- Adresser les demandes utilisateur dans les délais impartis;- Escalader toute question/incident aux équipes centrales du support de niveau 2.Monitorer les contrôles systèmes, et maintenir les procédures locales et les guides utilisateurs à jour.Implémenter les objectifs de l'équipe centrale Finance Transformation au niveau local.Assurer une communication avec le management local en Chine et l’équipe centrale Finance Transformation en France.Compétences requises
Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :Titulaire d’un master ou équivalent dans le domaine de la Finance et/ou Informatique ou toute discipline apparentée.2 ans d’expérience professionnelle (Alternance et stage exclus).Expérience dans la gestion de projet et SAP.Connaissance des procédures business relatives au Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash et Procure-to Pay.Niveau avancé avec Google Suite.En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes:Fortes compétences en communication et analyse.Esprit d’équipe dans un environnement international.Fiable, curieux (se) et ouvert d’esprit.Compétences linguistiques:

A VIE for a Financial Systems Analyst has arisen within Airbus China in Beijing. You will join the Airbus China Finance function.Integrated in the Airbus China Finance function, the Finance Platform & Transformation team is responsible for maintaining financial systems, ensuring internal control, and supporting performance management.Tasks & accountabilitiesThe VIE analyst will support the Finance Platform & Transformation team on the following activities:Manage Financial system integration & automation projects (SAP integration, vendor e-invoicing automation, systems interfaces, etc.).Ensure level 1 user support for local systems (O2C / P2P / R2R processes, Travel & Expense system, etc.) covering the 3 divisions:- Addressing in a timely manner users’ requests.
- Escalating all the questions / issues to the relevant Level 2 Central support teams.Monitor systems controls, and maintain local procedures and user guides.Implement the Group Finance Transformation milestones at local level.Hold effective communication with local management in China / Central Finance Transformation team in France.Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:Educated to master degree or equivalent in in Finance and/or IT or a related discipline2 years of Professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships)Experience in project management and SAP.Knowledge about business processes related to Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay.Advanced level in Google Suite.in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:Strong analytical and communication skills.Team player in an international environment.Reliable, curious, open minded.Language skills:
