- Understand the telecom market demand and the customer's business goals and requirements; foster relationships and manage customer expectations to mutually aligned business goals with AMD.
- Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow AMD's business within the Telco industry.
- Manage executive relationships between customers and AMD.
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
- Achieve assigned quota for AMD products.
- Be a strong advocate for the customer internally to AMD, reporting and resolving customer issues.
- An established background and relationships with Telco industry.
- Work experience in server segment.
- Ability to influence and project-manage global, cross-functional teams.
- Management experience of sales professionals.
- Maintaining and fostering relationships with the Executive team, business leaders and customers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline
